PRAISE FOR RICHARD KREVOLIN
“Wonderfulgreatsuperfantabulous! We are on such a high here! We reviewed the work Richard consulted on and laughed delightedly through it all. He helped us create wonderful stories/scripts. They use the insights cleverly, and they are beautifully crafted. We presented them to our clients, and they laughed happily, too — right through the presentation. We are all thrilled!”
— Judy Van Dam, Senior Account Exec, JWT, Johannesburg, S.A.
“Learn the rules to be able to break them. … Professor Krevolin is a great, entertaining presenter! We were glad to be a part of his master class and learned so much from his book and teachings!”
-- Debu Purkayastha, Creative Director, BBDO, Mumbai, India
“Nobody brings more energy, passion, depth, or insight to a company meeting or training session than Prof. K. In fact, we loved what he had to say and learned so much, we had him repeat his lecture all over the world for our other colleagues in other global markets.”
— Demet Gulec, Global Brand Manager, Levi’s, Istanbul, Turkey
“Working with Rich lifted me out of a black and white land, gave me 3-D glasses and took me in to a Technicolor world.”
-- Steve Zack, President, American Bar Association
“Richard Krevolin knows how to find the essence of a persuasive and memorable story and, as importantly, how to help you tell it in a credible and effective way.”
-- William Ohlemeyer, Partner, Boies, Schiller and Flexner, New York
“I wanted to begin this quote with a glib anecdote about how I took a relatively unknown brand of washing powder and within a few years, incorporating many of the marketing and storytelling techniques of Prof. Krevolin, transformed that brand into the number one washing powder in the world with grosses in the billions! Instead, I will just say that his teachings are an oasis from the same old reheated poppycock present in most marketing seminars and books. Instead of relying on lists of information, his Business Narrative book moves like a good story — in keeping with his emphasis on narrative and storytelling. Learn from him. Enjoy his lessons. Be inspired to tap into your natural brilliance and that of your colleagues!”
-- Simon Clift, President, Marketing: Home and Personal Care, Unilever
“Prof. K.’s passion, expertise and charismatic style of crafting deeply resonating narratives have been pivotal in unlocking love for our brands, inspiring marketers to be storytellers and build true consumer empathy. His contribution is immeasurable in both immediacy of impact and shaping the future”
-- Shekar Khosla, Vice President, Unilever Asia
“Prof. K. is the foremost storytelling teacher in the world. Nobody has as much passion for the craft and art of storytelling as he does.”
— Katrina Wilson, Director, Reno–Tahoe Film Festival
“It has been our pleasure to work closely with Richard over the past year. Aside from his obvious qualifications in the art and skill of storytelling, Richard has proven a very effective and stimulating teacher. His passion for the subject is contagious and has been invaluable in overcoming and winning over even the most cynical members of our team. He possesses not only the academic knowledge of his subject but also, most importantly, the passion needed to truly bring it to life.
-- Richard Clegg, Worldwide Director, Unilever Skin Care, Ogilvy
“Krevolin knows comedy, he knows structure, he knows storytelling. Basically, he’s a know-it-all, but he really is a great teacher and consultant.”
— Rudy Deluca, Writer of High Anxiety, Silent Movie, and Life Stinks
